Products & Services

• Your Products & Services section helps customers understand what you offer beyond a single post. It also creates a more complete and trustworthy business presence. In the current v1.0 CMS, this area appears under Product Listing and Product Lists. In this guide, we refer to it more broadly as Products & Services.

• Recommended workflow

  • Create products or services in your library and enter the core information for each item.

  • Create collections if you want to group offerings into different sections.

  • Add categories within a collection when they help customers browse faster.

  • Add products or services to each collection and arrange them in a logical order.

• Step 1. Create product or service information

  • Select Products in the left panel under Product Listing, then click Add Product.

  • Enter the product or service name.

  • Add a clear description.

  • Upload photos where helpful.

  • Optionally add keywords to improve discoverability.

  • Enter pricing information if applicable.

  • Use highlights such as New, On Sale, or Popular only when they are accurate.

  • Click Save to store the item in your product library.

• Step 2. Create collections

  • If you only need one collection, you can move directly to Product Lists and start adding items.

  • If you want multiple collections, click Add Collections and create the collection names you need. You can edit or delete collections later on the Collections page.

• Step 3. Build your product lists

  • Select Product Lists in the left panel under Product Listing.

  • If you have one collection, click Add Products to begin.

  • If needed, click Add Category to group items within a collection.

  • Use the product dropdown or search by name or keyword to add items from your library.

  • Drag items up or down to arrange them in the order you want customers to see.

• Best practices for product and service entries

  • Use clear names that match what customers would search for.

  • Write short, useful descriptions that explain what the item is and why it matters.

  • Use high-quality images when visuals improve understanding or appeal.

  • Add relevant keywords to improve discoverability within EveryFave search.

  • Keep prices, availability, and highlights accurate.
